40-minute cardio sessions (involving an elliptical, stair stepper, or sand hills for running)
strength and conditioning workouts that include weighted sit ups, hip thrusts and stallion kicks

She shared in an interview that sometimes she switches it up by attending a Pilates class instead of her go-to workout routine.
